It is Saturday evening and we are going to finish cleaning up and loading Alsek for the trip over the road to Mystic CT for the annual Woodenboat Show at Mystic Seaport. Being able to trailer her opens up a lot of cruising possibilities. We will launch at Stoneington CT and poke around for a couple of days in Fishers Island Sound before landing at the Seaport. This will be our second trip to the show but the last time we cruised the 110 miles round trip from East Greenwich RI. If you have any interest in wooden boats or in seeing Alsek up close stop by and see us over the weekend.
