I always liked this shot. It was taken in the spring before the sea trials. It doesn't yet have the bow rail in this shot but other than that it is pretty complete. You can see the skeg that runs all the way from the stem and cuts away just before the drive in order to allow clean water for the proprs. It is 11" tall at the aft end and is made from a 1.75" piece of solid Brazilian mahogany with 1/2" Okuome laminated to both sides.
